Your subscription
Your account → Subscription.
This is what you pay the platform, and it is entirely separate from what your customers pay you. Your customers' money goes to your own Paddle account and never passes through here.
You can see your current plan, what it includes, and when it renews.
Upgrading — pick a plan and check out. The change takes effect immediately.
Redeeming a voucher — if the platform gave you a code, enter it here.
Cancelling — your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. Your workspace, your customers and your content are all still there; you simply cannot use paid features until you subscribe again.
Your profile
Your account → Account & data.
Your name, your email address and your password.
Password fields have a show/hide toggle, so you can check what you typed before saving. Use it — a mistyped new password is a locked account.
Changing your email changes where your platform notifications go. It does not affect your support email, which is the address your customers see; that lives in Setup → Workspace.
Workspace settings
Setup → Workspace.
| Setting | What it affects |
|---|---|
| Business name | Everywhere your name appears, including as the sender name on your emails |
| Username | Your web address, yourname.euai.cc |
| Tagline | The line under your name on your storefront |
| Description | Longer copy about your business |
| Support email | Where your customers are told to reach you |
| Currency | What your prices are shown in |
| Timezone | How dates are displayed |
| Registration open | Whether new customers can sign up |
| Vouchers enabled | Whether codes can be redeemed |
| Signup credits | Free credits every new customer starts with |
Changing your username changes your web address. Every existing link to your old address stops working. If people have bookmarked you, add a custom domain first and move traffic there before you change it.
Deleting everything
Your account → Account & data → Delete everything.
This is your right to erasure, and it is complete. Deleting your account removes:
- Your workspace and every setting in it
- Every customer who signed up with you
- Every generation they made and every file on disk
- Your pages, your branding, your prompts, your plans, your vouchers
- Your AI keys and your Paddle credentials
It cannot be undone. There is no restore, no grace period and no backup we can retrieve for you.
What is kept, and why
Anonymised billing records for payments you made to the platform survive, with your name replaced by "Deleted user".
They are kept because accounting obligations outlive an account — tax authorities require a record of money received for several years. What is kept is the amount, the date and the invoice number. Nothing retained can be tied back to you.
Before you delete
- Tell your customers. Their accounts and everything they have made go too.
- Export anything you want. There is no way to get it back afterwards.
- Cancel your subscription first, so you are not billed after you are gone.
Keeping your account safe
- Use a password you use nowhere else. Your workspace holds your AI keys and your payment credentials.
- Keep the new sign-in from an unrecognised device email switched on. It is the fastest way to notice somebody else in your account.
- Rotate your AI keys if you ever share a screen, a screenshot, or a laptop.
- Your customers cannot reach your admin area. Their sign-in and yours are genuinely separate systems, even for someone using the same email address for both.
