Terms of Service

The agreement

By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. If you are signing up for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

What we provide

A hosted platform on which you can operate your own AI content business: tooling, prompt templates, billing, and a workspace served on a subdomain of ours or a domain of yours.

What you provide

Your own API keys for the AI providers you choose to use. Every generation run in your workspace is billed to your account with that provider, not to us.

Your customers

The people who buy from you are your customers, not ours. You are responsible for what you sell them, the terms you sell it under, and for handling their data lawfully.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to produce unlawful material, to impersonate anyone, to infringe intellectual property, or to generate content that harms others. We may suspend a workspace that does.

Fees

Plan fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will tell you before any price change takes effect.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time from your workspace settings. We may end this agreement if you materially breach these terms and do not put it right after we tell you.
