Who we are
We operate this platform and act as the data controller for the account information of organization owners, and as a processor for the customer data those organizations hold in their workspace.
What we collect
For owners: name, email, and payment records. For their customers: name, email, and whatever they submit to the tools they use. We do not sell any of it.
Why we collect it
To provide the service, take payment, keep the platform secure, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
AI providers
Content submitted to a tool is sent to the AI provider whose key the workspace has configured, so it can be processed. Which provider that is depends on the workspace owner.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is open. When an account is erased we delete it, along with the workspace and everything in it. Anonymised financial records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or erase your data. Owners can erase their entire workspace from their account settings; customers can close their account from theirs.
Security
API keys and payment credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it.
