Subscription plans
Plan fees are billed in advance. Cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refund window
If the platform does not work as described, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
Lifetime plans
Lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the workspace has not been used for volume generation in that time.
Vouchers
Voucher codes redeemed against a plan follow the same rules as a paid plan. Unredeemed codes bought from a third party are refunded by that seller.
Your own customers
Refunds you owe the people who buy from you are between you and them. We do not process refunds on your behalf.
